Consistency challenge? I altered my schedule to try out working out every weekday and pursuing one other hobby in the morning instead of focusing on just one. I noticed that I spent less time on phone, less neck pain from sitting less, and made better progress on the hobbies! Made a little obsidian note to gamify it as well! May need a better name than morning streaks tho...lol
