Hit home for me. I haven’t prioritised joy enough recently, and I’ve suffered for it. I saw some graffiti in Bali recently that said ‘the best surfer is the one having the most fun’ and that similarly resonated (not that I don’t believe in quantifiable achievements, but enjoying the process is important too).
