California's suing the Trump administration over those tariffs. They felt the tariffs were illegal and hurting businesses and consumers. A federal court initially dismissed California’s case, but now they're appealing that decision. California wants a higher court to decide if the lower court even *should* have handled the case in the first place. They're not letting this go.
