FARCADE UPDATE 🕹️ 

Farcade has had some big updates since my last post so lets get into! 🧵

Trying to get good at this whole crypto thing

◽️ Tickets & Lootboxes Removed

Initially, Farcade used a ticket system to limit gameplay and lootboxes for rewards. They’ve scrapped both, making gameplay unlimited. Now, you earn Farcade Points directly through game achievements and playtime

◽️ Leagues

Leagues rank players based on XP earned through gameplay, with higher tiers offering bigger prizes in farcade points. Each league season lasts about a week, motivating players (like me) to compete hard to rank up and fight even harder to avoid demotion 😂

◽️ Daily Games

Play daily games to earn Farcade Points based on streaks and performance (minimum 500 points per game). This has made my streaks way more meaningful, though the single attempt format brings some serious anxiety. Thankfully, there’s a practice mode which is especially useful when playing new games

◽️ Manual Graduation Mondays

To spotlight exceptional games, Farcade now manually picks 1-3 standout games each Monday for graduation, ensuring great builders get recognized

◽️ 500+ Live Games

Farcade recently hit over 500 games live on the platform, a huge milestone considering the short time game creation been open. Game quality keeps getting better, thanks to standout builders like @volks, @insidethesim.eth, @chuckstock, @cryptomantis and many others

◽️ Tournaments

Weekend tournaments let you compete in selected games for Farcade Points or even USDC prizes. Participation requires wagering some points, but if you’re good at even one game, you’ll come out ahead. The next tournament in partnership with Doodles looks like it’s gonna be fun with a big $DOOD prize pool
