hot take: most of "ai/agent engineering" is python engineers being stubborn about their stack and solving python problems while creating libraries under their name versus working with a typed language like rust/typescript and solving real customer problems. hence so many ai dev tools startups and "ai/agent engineering courses". sad skill issue
