So interestingly I was bored I decided to Google "blue balls" . Yeah it was an interesting read. 
But I didn't know that blue balls could get you a fever or even get you hospitalized. Geez
Women also have their own version of blue balls called "blue vulva"  for females.
It's harmless but just uncomfortable 
And theirs is a bit complicated 🥲( I don't want to say as usual)
Unlike the male's own that's just a straight line.
