There’s a taco invasion happening in Europe. Definitely a result of all of the people who travelled to Mexico during the pandemic. Taste was pretty authentic - Taco Lindo ( AMS) Did you know Cochinita Pibil was made possible because of trade routes between The Philippines and Acapulco which introduced Mexico to the orange?
