It's been 1 month since I finally decided to get a gym membership and be consistent with it. I'm seeing some changes, and it's intoxicating. I'm glad I took this decision.
I'm on a path to see how powerful and beautiful my body can be in this lifetime. Still taking baby steps. Wish me luck and drop some advice 🙏
1. Life is fleeting, no solid backing and nothing is certain. It can all change in a single day with a single event, hence, spend more energy on the present. 2. Bad luck and good luck can come to anyone, no one actually "deserves" anything. 3. Don't be quick to judge because you might not perform as well when put in the exact same situation.
Getting comfortable with the idea of failing and getting back up to try again is a superpower. It's important to get this quality earlier in life to build the resilience easily, once this is achieved, no matter how rough the terrain gets in life, you will be in full control of your future.
