Fresh burrata over confit cherry tomatoes topped with thick sliced black truffle. Tonnarelli Carbonara with Guanciale, Pecorino, and Black pepper... also topped with a healthy amount of sliced black truffle. This was at D'antan - a small wine bar/Italian restaurant in Brooklyn that is sadly no longer open.
