Has anyone here ever heard the phrase "bits and pieces" be used to reference male genitalia?

Honest answers only, please. 

Trying to understand:

- if anyone at all has heard it used this way

- if yes, how widespread it is

Is that like twig and berries fren? 

But on serious note - maybe like once in my life heard that phrase. Feels like something a European would say lol
