it’s sickening to see families being broken. what’s worse is the dehumanization of migrants through militarized violence reflects a broader erosion of human rights and dignity. 

these raids are not isolated incidents; they are systemic tools of fear and control, disproportionately targeting communities who already live under precarity.

Let’s be clear: no one is illegal on stolen land. This nation’s foundation rests on colonization and displacement. The same nation that is repeating the cycle, down to the marketing strategy overseas.

When people say “move on,” what they’re really asking is for us to forget. 

To forget the stolen land, the broken treaties, the stolen children, the languages silenced, the lives erased. But forgetting is a luxury of the oppressor. For those still living under the weight of this violence, remembering is survival.
