how do you handle misunderstandings, differences and whatnot?

I’m a firm believer in treat others how you want to be treated
I have a really loud voice, so I tend to shout when not necessary, this has been an issue for us, but I’ve been very intentional about working on the tone of my voice because he’s a human being that deserves to be respected same way I deserve respect
