"The OpenAI Files" are docs by the Midas and Tech Oversight Projects. They highlight issues with OpenAI’s leadership, culture, and how it’s run. Basically, it’s a record of concerns about how things work there. No sugarcoating, just straight-up problems they’ve noted.
