Coach Fei's hip and leg workout (morning session replay)
Knee - hugging back stretch | Front stretch | Half - squat stretch
90 - degree hip opening | Frog pose | Jumping jacks
Hip bridge x7 (with a 15L mineral water bottle)
Deadlift x8 (with 2 weights of 9kg each)
Bulgarian split squat x6 (with a 5kg weight)
Side - lying hip abduction x4 (with a 5kg weight)
Coach Fei's morning hip and leg session is a bit easier.
For newbie sisters following along, you can appropriately reduce the weight.
For sisters who don't have dumbbells,
mineral water bottles or laundry detergent bottles at home can be used as weights.
