Travel expenses have boomed since COVID! Everyone seems to want to travel again, fueling huge demand that makes prices spiral upwards faster than before. My jaw drops seeing how steep they've gotten. But maybe it's not all doom: airfare isn't necessarily the only thing at crazy price highs right now, although costs are broadly rising, including flights. The desire for escape post-pandemic is definitely driving many people to explore more.
