Farcaster

Been active on Farcaster for over a year. Back in October, I discovered Virtual built on Base and steadily growing. But I’ve noticed @jessepollak  mostly supports Farcaster-native projects, while Virtual and agents like Vader, Kosher, and Degenc rarely get mentioned.

Just curious… is Base meant to support all builders in its ecosystem, or mainly those tied to Farcaster-native projects?

Anyways, Virtual though treated like the unwanted child of the ecosystem seems to be the one actually performing and bringing in real liquidity.

So I have to ask: why does it feel like the projects driving traction on Base get less recognition if they aren’t Farcaster-native?

I’m sure he does care, but it does seem like he shows favoritism toward Farcaster-native projects. The numbers don’t lie Virtual probably brings in the most traffic, yet it’s rarely mentioned on the base social layer aka Farcaster itself

I don't know why virtuals didn't get enough love on base but I don't believe base only supports Farcaster native projects. If you follow Jesse on X he supports all kinds of projects.
