It’s been a full week since I’ve consumed any caffeine. After a decade of drinking 2+ coffees a day, I decided on a whim to stop, cold turkey. I was expecting to feel terrible, but surprisingly, my energy levels have held up and I haven’t felt any loss of productivity. Might see how long I can sustain this…

I'm on day 5 without coffee myself, head still feels like a mess but it was time, had to do it. I have been drinking matcha tho lol
