I don't think people are realizing the Israel/US invasion of Iran is as significant as it is yet. People probably are thinking this is like last year and will fade in days. But both sides appear to be in an existential position. Israel/US side wants to topple the Iranian regime. Iran wants to survive and not get nuked and has been put in a position where it has to go headlong into all out war or be destroyed. Maybe it could be de-escalated from here, I'm always hopeful, but as it stands both sides are heading into perhaps the largest US war in decades. Israel could be very close to using a nuclear weapon with US support which would absolutely throw the world into chaos. Iran could pre-empt this or respond with unconventional warfare on a larger scale than we've seen. This is truly a terrifying situation. Wishing safety for everyone in the region.

It's up to the people to decide that for themselves, not an invasion of others blowing up infrastructure and killing many civilians, the invader can't pretend to be helping anybody but themselves.

Nobody is invading Iran. Obama rescinded the nuclear agreement and gave these ppl who are the same that literally call the US their enemies, freedom to enrich Uranium. I don’t endorse war. But I understand the struggle for survival. Hopefully you never get to live something like that, but when the circumstances of life gets you in an “Us or them” situation, it is always them. It will always them. This is called Game Theory and it’s the way current nations and its borders were made.
