🇰🇿 Crypto exchangers are legalising in Kazakhstan The National Bank of Kazakhstan introduces licensing for crypto trading platforms. Now exchangers will be able to work legally - subject to obtaining a license and complying with the requirements: data protection, transparency, risk control. A new status will appear - «crypto service provider». It will be possible to invest in cryptocurrency through such licensed companies. The list of authorised assets will be determined by the regulator. They will also establish cooperation with exchanges from the AIFC, including Binance and Bybit. The authorities want to «whiten» the market and give people a safe way to work with crypto. Perhaps this experience will be applied to Russian crypto exchangers in the future
