The rare times I’ve been to parties lately (in San Francisco and London), I was surprised by the strict enforcement of this rule: stickers over everyone's phone camera lenses at all times. No exceptions. So what happens now that everyone’s basically Spy Kids? Will people be asked to remove their glasses? Will countries with strict privacy laws require visible recording indicators on devices like status lights?

those with the "smart glasses" are too cringe to get in the parties that has no-phone policy anyway

I feel this was true in Google Glass period, but now the wearables look so subtle and are getting worn increasingly by non-cringe people.
