If I were the founder of Noice, I’d double down on what’s working—likely /c/crypto—by making it more fun, sticky, and community-driven. At the same time, I’d run fast, lightweight experiments with normie channels like /c/music or /c/ai to test broader appeal. I’d build a scalable playbook for launching new channels, turning it into a repeatable system powered by community leaders. Throughout, I’d stay laser-focused on core engagement metrics like DAU/WAU, retention, and shares, while shaping Noice into a brand that feels alive, playful, and deeply internet-native.

To find PMF, we’re testing three key questions: (1) Crypto-Native – Is /c/crypto fun and engaging enough for daily use? We’re looking for strong metrics like DAU/WAU > 40%, high engagement (votes, comments, shares), and active community buzz. (2) Normie-Friendly – Can we grow beyond crypto into mainstream channels like /c/music or /c/ai? We’ll track normie user growth, retention, and ease of onboarding, testing mainstream content and influencer outreach. (3) Scalable Playbook – Can we repeatedly launch high-quality, active channels? We aim for fast traction (e.g., 1K DAU within weeks) using a consistent launch process and seeing if top contributors can help seed new communities.
