Using devices like earpieces, headphones🎧, or anything that sends strong vibration🔈 and echoing sounds into the ear can be harmful. Loud or prolonged noise can damage the sensitive hair cells inside the inner ear, leading to hearing loss over time. It may also cause ringing in the ears (tinnitus), headaches, or dizziness. Sharing earpieces can spread ear infections, while tight or poorly cleaned earbuds can cause irritation and wax buildup. Continuous loud sound also puts stress on the brain and can affect concentration and sleep. To stay safe, keep the volume low, take breaks, and clean your earpieces regularly. Your ears are delicate .......protect them🧏‍♂️
