Introduce "Attention Pools" where creators can launch tokenized micro-communities on NOICE with automated reward distribution. Each pool is tied to a specific topic or token (e.g., $NOICE, $ETH, or a meme coin). Users earn fractional tokens by engaging (liking, commenting, sharing) within that pool, with rewards drawn from a creator-funded or community-staked token reserve. The twist: rewards scale dynamically based on engagement quality (e.g., comment length or likes received on a comment) using a simple algorithm, ensuring meaningful contributions are prioritized without complex moderation.
