🤣 the vault was only part of the story. Speaking of joints, sciatica returned with vengeance a couple of days ago. Was sat in agony during competition. Got home, got the little man to walk on my back…instant relief. Woke up this morning, barely any pain. Huzzah for child labour!🙏🥳

We already go a little nuts in the pool on weekends. Backflips are getting ridiculous. Goes a good 6ft up in the air.🤣
