Hit the gym twice today (Morning and Evening) to train legs Did Hamstrings and calves in the morning, then quad focused in the evening. I couldn’t push as heavy as i normally could. Is this the power of my bloodline? Couldn’t even use the bar cause my body was hurting, maybe i didn’t eat enough? Fatigued i guess. Probably should have done quads in the morning instead. Most likely not doing this again, or will try again and again🤣
