i really appreciate people who handle conversations gracefully, treating it like a melody, a rhythm. not in a superficial intellectual way per say, but more around different ways of expression, lengths and being ok with silence aswell

I've learn (a bit too late probably) that silences are part of a conversation too, and that those silence hold lot of meaning. I always felt like I had to fill in the gaps because that's how I grow up, resolving issues, being the active presence making everyone feeling at ease, but myself. When I understood It was not necessary to use all that energy for a fictious balance I found the freedom of tranquillity and silence.

its never too late bb. i hear you so much about being the comforting and active presence.. its too much especially if doing this since an early age. that balance is many times related to safety so it takes lots of bravery both to face and change this. im so proud of you :') 🤍
