My husband decided to get an adult dog, he is 3.5 years old. We gave him away for free. It is not in his plans to train him. In the morning and evening walks for half an hour, at lunchtime for 10-15 minutes. My husband agreed to wash his paws with a scandal, as well as clean up after him. The dog has ruined 6 pairs of shoes, peeled off the wallpaper in the hallway, stripped the sofa. Suggested to my husband to show the dog to a specialist, to get recommendations. My husband rebelled, said there was nothing to abuse the animal. My neighbors told me that while we are at work, the dog howls, apparently out of boredom. And my husband wants another dog, so that he was not bored....

I realize my guilt. It so happened that my husband saw my correspondence with another man. There was no cheating, but in the correspondence there were such words - I love you, you are my good, sweet, etc. I also sent him pictures of myself. I usually delete such messages, but I forgot. My husband is going to file for divorce. My relationship with my husband is complicated. He pays little attention to me, doesn't compliment me. I'm not ready for a divorce. Can you give me some advice on how to fix this? My husband doesn't believe I haven't cheated on him. I don't know what to do. Ask him for forgiveness or on the contrary attack yourself and remember his faults? I cry every day, I can not believe that I destroyed my marriage.....

The Bible Foundational text of Christianity. A lot of my favorite writers were quite fond of this book either for its substance or its poetry, or both. So I went into it not just with an open mind, but actively seeking the magic that so many serious people have found in it for so many centuries. I did not find much of anything remarkable. What I discovered instead is that Christianity as it’s commonly known is substantially extra-textual and the Judeo-Christian literary heritage is a product of layering by subsequent authors. The Bible itself, as a literary work, does not offer much. It has its moments. The Song of Solomon stood out to me, for example. But if you throw that much at the wall something is bound to stick. It seemed to me that most of the Old Testament consisted of measurements in cubits for the construction of various sacred objects. The New Testament at least emphasizes love and mercy, but in a simplistic way. No really touching moments. Not inspiring, not beautiful, not recommended.

I wasn’t in a book slump, i just got tired of reading on devices! Read my first physical book in years and gosh i went through it so fast😭 I dont have space for books so I just get ebook versions and read on my phone or laptop. Borrowed this book from my cousin and it started off great but its a thriller and the whole reveal was a bit mid and annoying and the epilogue was wild😂😂 4/5⭐️ Might lowkey create a mini app similar to goodreads so we can all review books easily🥹
