There's a decent resell market on some 'niche' fragrances once they stop being produced by the original house. Not sure if Le Labo is a bit more consumer sided and not Niche, but if they discontinue I bet people would pay top dollar for full/half bottles. I was more joking that labubu will be landfill within the year at the rate of trends in pop-culture rn. Esp how quickly they've come into fashion.

(for reference, a tom ford plum japonais 250ml resells right now around $1k+, retailed originally for $300-350)

oh, wow. i shouldve realized there was a secondary on these fragrances. i should check out some of my old bottles to see if theres a market for them.
