One of the most scarce resources was blunt feedback. So hard to get people that will just tell you like it is.

We'd get a lot of "yes" and positive things, but it wasn't backed by action and often turned into radio silence. I would have loved to get some clear "no" along with any kind of "why" attached to it. The amount of (professional) ghosting that happens in this space is mindboggling. Never seen it in other industries.

I don't have a theory. Initially I thought maybe because it's sort of anti-establishment and all that but even people with professional backgrounds have been well beyond average in failing to just say no.
