Tron plans to go public via a reverse merger with SRM Entertainment, forming Tron Inc.  
Deal brokered by Dominari Securities.  
Eric Trump clarified he won’t hold a role in the new company, but both Trump sons are linked to Dominari.  
They joined Dominari Holdings’ advisory board, based in Trump Tower, receiving 750k shares (worth ~$3M).  
Initial 250k shares granted, with 500k more at milestones.  
Potential extra 550k shares if further goals are met.
