We were on a roadtrip to Stillwater and made a 3-hour detour to see the Salt Plains. We had plans to dig for the salt crystals that only grow here. But a thunderstorm blew in fast and we didn't want to be the tallest thing on the salt, so we had to leave 10 minutes after arriving.
