I definitely know people are still buying art out here. I’d curate half NFT and half physical. Rent is really cheap for a downtown spot.

For real. Would look sooo good lit up in the evening, too. 
Would love to have a big pen plotter on the wall chugging away, have some "frame" type screens, and then all sorts of vintage tech showing gifs and pixel art.
