some ideas I found interesting:
- thinking of consumer (and even b2b) as a competition to capture "verbs" - like watch (youtube), listen (spotify), host (aws), date (tinder), etc, etc. AI isn't going to change the existing verbs, but it might create a whole set of new verbs that are addressable with technology.
- AI may create a boom in "strategic" jobs, where organisations will be able to offload most of the gruntwork to agents, leaving humans to spend more time with customers, do more creative thinking, etc.
- deflationary unit cost economics (hosting, storage going down over time) is a unique feature of software startups, which means that you can charge a reasonable fee upfront and never have to bother users with price increases while making better and better margins from cost deflation
