They need to use the Disney tech for this. You ask someone going though the line to wear a lanyard with a card that gets tapped at the beginning of the line. You tap & take it off when you get to the scanning machines. It tracks in real time on the web. Do this every 15 minutes. (Could even charge for access to that info if needed to fund it). We’ve had this tech for decades.
