our place is in the heart of life,  
in the heart of God.  

I return to this moment,  
to this space of love and life.  
All that exists is here.  
I become a witness, observing all the life that is now.  

Are you here now too?  
Are you an aware observer?  
Without judgment, comparison, or mental analysis,  
are you simply witnessing all that is, right here, right now?  

With the power of observation,  
we clear the space of this moment from the mind and its thoughts,  
allowing the flow of love and life to stream through.
