Wow, 😋 can you share the recipe for this soup? My go-to in fall and cool weather is ash... I actually craved some tonight and got to work! 😀 I’ll post a pic once it’s ready. 😋😋

Of course, dear! To be honest, I cook it by eye, without certain amount of ingredients. You need a thick-bottomed pan, as the whole process is done in it. Ingredients: 1 pumpkin ~700 grams 1 big carrot 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 100 ml of Cream (10-15 % fat) Pour to the pan olive oil and some butter, add cut onions and carrots and sauté them a little bit at the same time, cut pumpkin and garlic and add to the pan. Cook 10 minutes, but don’t forget to mix. Add boiling water to cover the vegetables (~400 ml) and cook until they get soft. When the vegetables are ready, we grind them in a blender and add some cream, salt and pepper and boil for about 5 minutes. I like to serve this soup with bacon or shrimps and feta cheese! It’s really very delicious!
