Looks like an ambitious DAO on @base.base.eth, running with the slogan "Where culture meets capital".
They're aiming to be more than just an investment DAO. The vision is to "grow influence" and shape culture on-chain.
Their dual-flywheel model is interesting:
Revenue: Trading fees -> Buy productive assets -> Grow treasury.
Voting: Voting power = "Mindshare" (social contribution) + Token stake.
The DAO's fund strategy focuses on 4 pillars: ICM (Internet Capital), CCM (Creator Capital), NFTs/Art, and Protocol Farming.
It's a clear attempt to balance "capital" (gained from farming/investments) with "culture" (funding creators, art).
The big questions: Can their "governance by mindshare" model actually work and be sybil-resistant long-term? And how do you even measure "culture" and "influence" on-chain?
Definitely one to watch on @base.base.eth.
