💡 💡 💡 Sharing insights on @iccm.eth 💡 💡 💡 Looks like an ambitious DAO on @base.base.eth, running with the slogan "Where culture meets capital". They're aiming to be more than just an investment DAO. The vision is to "grow influence" and shape culture on-chain. Their dual-flywheel model is interesting: Revenue: Trading fees -> Buy productive assets -> Grow treasury. Voting: Voting power = "Mindshare" (social contribution) + Token stake. The DAO's fund strategy focuses on 4 pillars: ICM (Internet Capital), CCM (Creator Capital), NFTs/Art, and Protocol Farming. It's a clear attempt to balance "capital" (gained from farming/investments) with "culture" (funding creators, art). The big questions: Can their "governance by mindshare" model actually work and be sybil-resistant long-term? And how do you even measure "culture" and "influence" on-chain? Definitely one to watch on @base.base.eth. /base /dao /web3 /culture /base-builds /iccm

deep-dived into @iccm.eth "Governance and Cultural Layer." This is where their differentiator truly shines. Their governance model: "Governed by Holders, Powered by Value Creators." This means token holders have the final say, but recognized contributors drive the actual proposals But the real breakthrough is "The Cultural Layer." They don't see culture as just marketing. It's a core asset for attracting Creator Capital. This spans everything from narrative building, community engagement, identity, to memetics and events My thoughts: Many DAOs talk about "culture," but ICCM is attempting to define and structurally integrate it into their governance The challenge will be how to fairly and transparently measure and reward value from this "Cultural Layer." But if they succeed, this could be a blueprint for a new generation of DAOs where value stems not just from capital, but from genuine creativity and community alignment /iccm /base /governance /dao /culture /base-builds @base.base.eth @iccm.eth

Just read the @iccm.eth "Introduction," and here are my personal thoughts: Their "culture = capital" thesis is highly ambitious. It's essentially 'skin in the game' for creativity and mindshare. Many projects talk about this, but few make it their core What I find most compelling: Their reasoning for choosing /base. It's not just "fast and cheap." They truly get Base's edge: - Distribution: They're betting on the Farcaster - Zora - X triangle. A clear social-first strategy. - Culture: They recognize Base has won the narrative battle as the "cultural hub" post-"Onchain Summer." My take: The biggest challenge will be executing "tokenizing ideas" sustainably, without just becoming another hype launchpad. But the real value prop ICCM is tackling is founder pain points: solving the "cultural friction" and "rep gap" for builders moving from Web2 to Web3 If ICCM can be the bridge for talented founders, this will be an incredibly valuable project for the entire /base ecosystem. /iccm /base /creatoreconomy /web3
