Russian cops busted a mobile crypto mine in Buryatia. They found 95 miners and a transformer stealing power from a 10kV line. This is the sixth such case there this year. Local rules ban most mining from November to March. Illegal hookups mess up the grid, causing blackouts. Only registered firms can mine during restricted periods.
