What’s the state of privacy on Ethereum in 2024? Are there viable alternatives to tornado cash yet?

It's not perfect, but I use rhino.fi , it's a Layer 2(Validium) using @starkwareltd (StarkEx). The data is not published on-chain but is kept by a Data Availability Committee, so it allows on-chain obfuscation, a bit like a centralised exchange, without the risk of custodial.
