Aya first shared the idea of transitioning from ED of @ethereumfndn to President a year ago. She has accomplished much in her seven years as executive director of the EF. As I see it, the role of an ED is to create an environment where others can shine and do their best work, and so every success of the EF - the steady execution of Ethereum hard forks, client interop workshops, Devcon, Ethereum's culture and steadfast commitment to its mission and values, and more - is in part a result of Aya's stewardship. @AyaMiyagotchi will continue supporting the EF in many of the same ways in her new role. 如果这样发生，有两个可能性： 1. DAO会选择sequencer和backup sequencer，一直会搬到新的sequencer 2. 我们用based rollups 我觉得第一个是值得研究的，我知道有一些L2团队思考过往这个方向 第二个是一个backup，也有可能会有其他原因我们会觉得based rollups 更好，直接开始多用based rollups 以太坊的优点是，我们可以同时试试好几个方向

我觉得以太坊是去中心化生态，不是公司，如果以太坊变成公司，我们会失去大部分以太坊的存在意义。做公司是公司的角色。其实以太坊生态有好多大的公司：consensys, 各个客户端团队（nethermind, nimbus等等），coinbase，L2团队 （包括比如aztec和intmax，他们的隐私技术非常有意思，被很多人低估的） 最好的方法是，找办法给这些公司更多机会去实现公司的优点，基金会作为协调的角色
