i begin to think that almost everyone is caffeine-hypersensitive it they have low tolerance i haven't drunk much coffee in 4 months or so and everytime i do i get jitters now makes me not want to drink coffee ever again

Okay I'm a young guy, so I don't drink coffee regularly. But coming back from ETHDenver after 8h of flight I had to go to work just after lending for 7h. I drank coffee to have some energy and I was jumpy all day.
