Started tracking user cohort retention for @griv Day 1: 47.8% Day 7: 38% Day 30: 33.3% Measured by how many users coming back on Day 2, 8, 31. I think this is telling me my onboarding flow sucks & is confusing. Once a user understands they are way more sticky. Working on this now.

Onboarding ≠ retention So I won't say your onboarding sucks, the projects only needs more retention engagement to increase the retention matrics imo
