I live near a big park and I constantly see this kid jogging around wearing a long, black cape

He also typically wears all black and one of those old school big pair of headphones

Doesn’t matter the time of year. In the summer he’ll go shirtless with black leggings with the headphones and cape

He goes pretty slow and it looks a little odd but sometimes I think about how fast he’d be if he took the cape off. It’s gotta add a signifiant amount of weight and drag 

Or maybe it’s just a part of him at this point, idk
