hi frens. today, i’m going to be vocal about my struggle cause this is my safe space.

my dad passed away one year ago today. i really wish i could bring him back. i’ve been struggling mentally for a year now. high functioning depression, thanks dad :’)

i try to show up as my best self everyday because i don’t have a choice (he came to me in my sleep a week after he died and said i should stay alive for him) + he did not raise a quitter. 

i miss you every second dad and i hope you’re resting peacefully 🕊️❤️
