Today, I learnt of the REST PARAMETERS in javascript. I've known of this concept but always refered to it as SPREAD because it uses the three dots like the spread operator. 
Different between Rest and spread, rest is used in functions that can be invoked with an arbitrary number of arguments than params. Spread on the other hand is just used to spread
