Trying to figure out why AI is so bad at web design taste but good at style transfer. My guess is inadvertent data poisoning. Most AI design looks like the bad design in web tutorials and starters.

In python all models keep generating blanket try…except: clauses that would hide crashes and it can’t be a reasoning problem imo. Keep wondering where it picks that up on. Maybe: There is a disproportionate amount of Python code out there from data science etc where these sort of engineering principles aren’t well established and also don’t really matter much.

Yeah a lot of production data science pipelines I’ve been a part of would rather keep running and log exceptions than stop
