Over the past two months, I’ve been exploring ways to expand my visual fantasies with the help of AI, taking part in the Local and Creative Generative AI workshop "Mixing Era" led by @sulkian, as part of the @newtroarts collective Inspirational Series.

“Fricciones Latentes” addresses that fertile clash: the handcrafted versus the automated, chromatic innocence versus the vertigo of acceleration, care versus barefaced exhibitionism. Each contribution from the group acts as a micro-fracture in the system.

Seeking sensitivity becomes a form of resistance amid automated noise. We ask ourselves whether, in the fleetingness of our bodies, we’ll be able to keep pace with the technological beast we’ve unleashed.
