Love this conversation! Generally a big fan of progressive onboarding. One “narrative violation” to contribute here is around funding a wallet…often the highest friction onboarding step When the 2nd time experience doesn’t require re-funding you can also get more efficient NUX w/ universal embedded wallets!

Such a valuable topic! Agreed on fragmentation being a burden mainly felt by users @getpara provisions universal wallets by default (since day 1) Enter your email in 2 apps, get the same account The user chooses whether to connect existing wallet or make a new one
