Its such a mentality shift, ship first then sell, vs first sell then ship.
1. you sell something that works vs a dream
2. you arent locked in a marketfit projection
Do you do this? And if yes how? I am adapting the fail fast experimenting search for marketfit based on tryouts, its a leap of faith but kinda refreshing change from designing strategies forever 😅
